Reflection 02:38
Reflection- we're all here for you today, to celebrate and party in your name, you wouldn't have it any other way. Old stories bring laughter, all family and friends together, here to remember. I listen to your record collection, looking at old photographs on this day of reflection of all that you were and all that you've done. A recollection of all of us growing up and fucking up and having fun. You meant a world to us and We all miss you so fucking much. I will always remember. How could I ever forget... Those last words that you said "all that's left is love and forgiveness".
2.
Dedication 02:00
Dedication- I can't describe how much it meant to see you then, to hold your hand, to hear your voice before you left this life. Your words still ring in my ears over and over again, louder and louder each time. "We bleed one blood, we live one love, we are one family" the words you sang in this band that you wrote when we were kids, have never had more meaning or significance.... It's times like these that I question my beliefs in things like karma or faith in god, and If I am a good person or if I am not. Because you were the best Friend I ever knew taken from us much too soon. It's people like you I will always look up to. you inspire me everyday, and everything I do will always be in loving memory and dedication to you.

Elisa 01:29
Elisa - You were there for him until the end, he never knew a greater partner, lover or a friend. You made each day mean so much more, you were his backbone and his life support. You were there for him when he needed you and I can't imagine what it's like to go through, but I believe the world would be an awful place if it weren't for people like you.
4.
Condolences 00:24
Condolences- Janelle and Ken I can't express how sorry I am for your loss, my condolences. Losing your child must be one of the hardest things to go through.
5.
Somehow 02:09
SOMEHOW If I write a song for you it better be a catchy tune, it better capture your energy and attitude toward living life and the pursuit...of happiness. Raise a glass and sing along for anyone you've ever loved or anyone you've ever lost here's to you my brother, my friend I know your somehow listening... and bangin your head or smiling ear to ear, it's almost been a year I still think of you each day you had an impact on me of which I can't convey... There's only so much I can say in one song, and I know it could never be enough to show the world how much you meant to us
6.
Twenty Nine 02:25
TWENTY NINE Close your eyes and go to sleep forever you will never wake up again, I hope that you're at peace and not terrified of what comes next for you my friend. It's so fucked up this is the end for you, I'm still in denial of the truth, Just one month shy of your twenty ninth, you are just a kid still in my mind. Why do we have to say goodbye I don't want to have to say goodbye. Twenty nine years is not enough time.
7.
Ill Fate 01:20
LL FATE - When I got the news I dropped the phone, felt my chest cave in and my heart explode. I can't imagine how terrified you felt, to know cancer would take your life, unpredictable, unexplainable, unaware of the unknown. Ill fate spreads inside at rapid speeds like a parasite it feeds more and more each day and there is no escape, no looking back, and no hope for tomorrow.
8.
Lived Fast 01:54
LIVED FAST Things got fucked up but we got through it all and we never lost touch. And you were there for me when everyone else gave up. my apologies could never be enough but we still stuck together when things got rough. We lost our jobs and lost our love(rs) kept it together when times got tough. You are the reason this band exists, you were the glue to our friendship, ride or die, stick together, always try to stay young forever, don't grow up, don't waste time, don't let your life pass you by. you lived fast and died young, but at least we still had fun!
9.
TIME WILL END I get bummed out and waste away, counter productive day to day's with bullshit problems and selfish complaints that cant compare or relate to your struggles or your pain, suffering more and more each day, I can't put myself in your shoes , I can't say that I'm half as tough as you. I can't act like I know your pain I can't just pretend that things will be ok. If only I could do something more to bring back your health and your strength, and bring you back to life again I know that's a dream but if anything I want to be there for you even if that is all that We can do. Five hour drives to and from where we don't speak but we know what's on our minds in due time well have to watch you die. You're too fucking young I can't grasp what's going on I can't imagine what it's like to know you're running out of time
10.
Indian Ladder I've come to find creation through destruction you had found your way of finding peace through tragedy. You had clarity in knowing time will end. It's been a year since you left and not one day has passed ...where you haven't crossed my mind. I walked down your path today, the indian ladder trail where your ashes lay, instead of a cemetery or grave, we share a perfect place. It's nice out here today, ...sun is shining, skies aren't gray, leaves colors will start to change, but things will never be the same without you, I'm Writing you, I just wanted to say that I cherish each and every day we spent together always remember the good and the bad we faced and how you left me changed for the better I can honestly say you make me believe there's meaning to life that I didn't know before and I will always keep all of that with me for the rest of my days

about

After the Fall have emerged with their fifth and best album to date, an earnest and proficiently played strain of technical, speedy melodies that hit that sweet spot between skatepunk and melodic hardcore. Recorded at The Blasting Room (Rise Against, NOFX, Alkaline Trio) in Fort Collins, Colorado, the veterans pen a riffy and dynamic loveletter to their influences and friends come and gone.
